These two cats are brothers who are about 14 months old, they are very close and would love to stay together. Just after coming into rescue Popeye developed an eye infection which did not respond to treatment and he sadly had to have his eye removed, this in no way hinders his enjoyment of life but it does mean he is at a disadvantage on that side as he will not see things coming, he needs to be in a very quiet area and kept in at certain times of the day if, for example his owners are going out and he definitely needs to be in at night, as should his brother. They are a lively, loving pair who will interfere in every aspect of your life!, they like nothing better than being around you and are convinced that anything you can do they can do better, their entertainment value is better than a tv, the love and laughter they will bring into a home is immeasurable. The boys are neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, they are also up to date on flea and worm treatment. The required donation is £75 per cat which goes towards helping other animals in need, please call or email if you would like to know more, thanks.
    Advice about buying a pet
    • Read up on the pet you are interested in and that it fits with your lifestyle.
    • Insist on seeing the mother with the litter and judge the parents’ health and temperament.
    • Make sure your chosen pet is old enough to leave its mother.
    • Check that the seller’s facilities are clean, & that the animals appear healthy.
    • Never send money or a check to someone in exchange for a pet.
    • Ask for a written medical history of the animal (vaccination and worming etc).
    • Consider adopting a rescue puppy from our rescue section. There are thousands of healthy dogs who need a home.
