    Shelter Caturday - Charlie Boy

    NewsShelter Caturday!Friday 11 March 2016
Every Saturday we run a special feature on a rescue cat looking for a loving home. This week the spotlight is on Charlie Boy, an affectionate chap who is now in search of his forever home.

Established in 1860, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home aims to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help. They reunite lost dogs and cats with their owners; when they can’t do this they care for them until new owners can be found for them. They also work hard to educate the public about responsible pet ownership including microchipping, neutering and training. This includes educational talks and visits to schools and organisations, events, and publications. They help care for over 9000 cats & dogs a year - including Charlie Boy, an affectionate chap with a sensitive side now looking for a forever home.

    Name: Charlie Boy

    Age: 4 Years 1 Month

    Breed: Domestic Short Hair

    Sex: Male

    Centre: Battersea

    Reference: 344127.

Charlie Boy is a delightfully affectionate chap with a sensitive side. Though he may look weather beaten, really he is one of the biggest softies you could hope to meet!

Charlie Boy is a sweet soul who likes to take his time getting to know people.

One of his favourite things in life is food, so the way to Charlie Boy's heart is most definitely through his stomach.

After a period of living as a stray, Charlie Boy is now looking for his forever home with his own garden to frolic in. Charlie Boy would suit a calm home, without too many comings and goings.

If you think you could offer Charlie Boy a home please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444 or contact them by email at [email protected] for more information.
