    Cat shot with air rifle on Teeside

    A two-year-old cat was shot with an air rifle on Teeside, according to the BBC News. A feline had to have its leg amputated due to the incident.

    The occurrence took place last Friday when the cat’s owner let the feline go out on the Naseby Court Estate, in Brotton, near Saltburn. After few hours the cat came back home injured. The cat’s owner took the cat immediately to the hospital where it turned out that it had been shot with an air rifle and had to have its front leg amputated.
