    How to keep your cat cool during the summer?

    Heatstroke and dehydration are life treathening conditions and are very dangerous for your cat especially during the summer days. Take a look to on how to keep your cat cool during the summer high temperatures and enjoy your holidays with your kitten.

    Fill a water bottle with cold tap water so you can cat can lie on it. Extra ice cubes in your kitten water bowl to attract its attention and cool the water down. You can also cool down few towels in the freezer and then make your cat lie on it by placing it in its bed.

    Although you should not leave your cat inside the car at any time it is particularly dangerous in the summer months. Even if the windows are not closed it might only take few minutes for the inside temperature to soar, which can easily result in the death of your cat. Try to keep your cat inside and not outside when the temperatures are high. Let your cat access some cooler rooms and maybe to areas with tiled floors.
