Good if you want some pet food staff very helpful but if your looking for flea and worming products I wouldn't recommend

We attended the Gosport branch for their Saturday morning free puppy socialisation hour with our Bullmastiff puppy. It was recommended after we had a bad experience elsewhere and it has been AMAZING! Our puppy was super nervous and timid to begin with, but the environment is so great and perfect for puppies that he was soon so confident and happy. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and you can tell they absolutely love animals. What a great experience for both us and our pup, thoroughly recommend!

Nora was very helpful in our food transition time. She recommended us a dog food accorging to our fur baby's needs. thank you very much.

I was made to feel welcome and had some great assistance from Tasha when looking for food for my dog. Overall a very lovely experience with some very friendly staff
