Woman charged with hoarding 60 cats
Woman from Hazleton, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania (USA) has been charged with animal cruelty after over 60 cats were taken from her property. The charges according to wnep.com are more serious this time as the woman has hoarded animals before.
The woman has hoarded over 60 cats in her property that were kept in horrendous conditions, without food and water. The cats are now at the Luzerne County SPCA in Plains Township. The property is now condemned and every cat seized is listed on the front door. A hearing is scheduled in district court for September 20th. None of the cats are adoptable at this time because as long as the case is open, they are still considered evidence.
