Every Saturday we run a special feature on a rescue cat looking for a loving home. This week the spotlight is on Stardust, a sensitive girl now looking for her forever home.

Established in 1860, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home aims to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help. They reunite lost dogs and cats with their owners; when they can’t do this they care for them until new owners can be found for them. They also work hard to educate the public about responsible pet ownership including microchipping, neutering and training. This includes educational talks and visits to schools and organisations, events, and publications. They help care for over 9000 cats & dogs a year - including Stardust, a sensitive girl who is looking for a calm and quiet home to call her own.

    Name: Stardust

    Age:3 Years 9 Months

    Breed: Domestic Short Hair

    Sex: Female

    Centre: Battersea

Stardust may come across as a confident little lady but she is quite a sensitive girl who is looking for a calm and quiet home to call her own.

She loves human company but does like some me time too. String toys, feathers and pieces of string are just a few things that she enjoys playing with.

She is looking for a home with a low cat population and she will need outside access once settled.

If you think you could offer Stardust a home please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444 or contact them by email at [email protected] for more information.

Could you provide a loving home for a rescue kitty? Have a look for shelters in your local area.
