Every Saturday we run a special feature on a rescue cat looking for a loving home. This week the spotlight is on Ramona, a cautious little lady best suited to a calm home.

Established in 1860, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home aims to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help. They reunite lost dogs and cats with their owners; when they can’t do this they care for them until new owners can be found for them. They also work hard to educate the public about responsible pet ownership including microchipping, neutering and training. This includes educational talks and visits to schools and organisations, events, and publications. They help care for over 9000 cats & dogs a year - including Ramona, a young lady who longs for a quiet and gentle home.

    Name: Ramona

    Sex: Female

    Age: 1 Years 1 Months

    Breed: Domestic Short Hair

    Centre: Battersea

    Reference: 341316

Ramona particularly likes to be around quiet and gentle people. She is a cautious little lady, but once she trusts you, it is heart-warming to see her relax and enjoy your company.

She would be best suited to a calm home, perhaps with just one person who likes to lead a quiet life.

Ramona will need garden access once she has settled in to her new home.

If you think you could offer Ramona a home please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444 or contact them by email at [email protected] for more information.

Could you provide a loving home for a rescue kitty? Have a look for shelters in your local area.
