Every Saturday we run a special feature on a rescue cat looking for a loving home. This week the spotlight is on Patches, a gentle, friendly big boy looking for a forever home.

Established in 1860, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home aims to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help. They reunite lost dogs and cats with their owners; when they can’t do this they care for them until new owners can be found for them. They also work hard to educate the public about responsible pet ownership including microchipping, neutering and training. This includes educational talks and visits to schools and organisations, events, and publications. They help care for over 9000 cats & dogs a year - including Patches; a gentle and friendly big boy who is looking for a forever family.

    Name: Patches

Patches is a gentle, friendly big boy who makes friends easily and will settle into most kinds of household, whether it be with a single person or a family.

According to his previous owner, he cuddles you when you are sick, yet he is also an adventurous boy who loves to be outside. He's just a great all-rounder! Patches will need garden access in his new home.

If you think you could offer Patches a home please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444 for more information.
