Shelter Caturday - Grumio
Every Saturday we run a special feature on a rescue cat looking for a loving home. This week the spotlight is on Grumio, a sweet cat looking for a forever home.
Established in 1860, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home aims to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help. They reunite lost dogs and cats with their owners; when they can’t do this they care for them until new owners can be found for them. They also work hard to educate the public about responsible pet ownership including microchipping, neutering and training. This includes educational talks and visits to schools and organisations, events, and publications. They help care for over 9000 cats & dogs a year - including Grumio, a sensitive soul who would be happy to relax in a forever loving home.
Breed: Domestic Medium Hair
Age: 1 years 8 Months
Gentle Grumio may be used to roaming through the gardens of London but now he wants nothing more than to curl up next to his new owner and watch the world go by.
Grumio is a sensitive soul who loves to relax with a few head strokes – until you bring food and toys into the equation!
He will do anything for that extra treat, and he will chase string and bat balls to his heart’s content. Grumio will need access to a garden in his new home.
If you think you could offer Grumio a home please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444 for more information.
