Every Saturday we run a special feature on a rescue cat looking for a loving home. This week the spotlight is on Doc, an affectionate lad who loves to be on the spotlight.

Established in 1860, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home aims to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help. They reunite lost dogs and cats with their owners; when they can’t do this they care for them until new owners can be found for them. They also work hard to educate the public about responsible pet ownership including microchipping, neutering and training. This includes educational talks and visits to schools and organisations, events, and publications. They help care for over 9000 cats & dogs a year - including Doc, a people loving boy who loves to be groomed in a forever home.

    Name: Doc

    Breed: Domestic Medium Hair

    Sex: Male

    Age: 7 Years

    Centre: Battersea

    Reference: 346554

Doc is a fabulous gentleman who truly is the full package. This big lad is so affectionate, he just loves his people friends and soaks up all the attention he can get and nobody can resist.

On top of his winning personality the medium short hair is also such a stunner with his glorious glossy ginger locks.

He loves to be groomed and will be looking for new owners who enjoy grooming him, keeping him in tip top shape.

Once settled into his new home, the seven year old will need access to a garden in his new home so he can spend his time soaking up those warm summer rays.

If you think you could offer Doc a home please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444 or contact them by email at [email protected] for more information.
