    Shelter Caturday - Coco

    NewsShelter Caturday!Friday 28 August 2015

Every Saturday we run a special feature on a rescue cat looking for a loving home. This week the spotlight is on Coco, a very interactive cat who, with some patience and time, can become the Prince Charming of his new house.

Established in 1860, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home aims to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help. They reunite lost dogs and cats with their owners; when they can’t do this they care for them until new owners can be found for them. They also work hard to educate the public about responsible pet ownership including microchipping, neutering and training. This includes educational talks and visits to schools and organisations, events, and publications. They help care for over 9000 cats & dogs a year - including Coco, a very clever lad looking for a forever family.

    Name: Coco

    Sex: Male

    Age: 7 Years 1 Month

    Breed: Domestic Short Hair

    Centre: Battersea

    Reference: 333552

Coco is a very interactive cat and with a little patience and time will build that special bond with his owner. The way to his heart is through his stomach and he especially enjoys a treat or two!  He is a clever lad and has quickly learnt that he can sit up and ''beg'' for his reward!

Coco is an active cat and, once settled, he will need a garden to explore and burn off all those treats.

If you think you could offer Coco a home please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444 for more information.
