Every Saturday we run a special feature on a rescue cat looking for a loving home. This week the spotlight is on Bruce, a happy boy looking for a forever home.
Established in 1860, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home aims to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help. They reunite lost dogs and cats with their owners; when they can’t do this they care for them until new owners can be found for them. They also work hard to educate the public about responsible pet ownership including microchipping, neutering and training. This includes educational talks and visits to schools and organisations, events, and publications. They help care for over 9000 cats & dogs a year - including Bruce, a friendly chap who loves human company and would love to keep it forever!
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Age: 4 Years
Stray Bruce had been dumped at a vet clinic in Surrey before coming in to Battersea.
He is a super friendly, chilled out chap who loves human company and will happily rest his two front paws on your lap while enjoying a chin rub!
Bruce certainly knows what he likes and has no hesitation in asking for it, whether it’s food, treats, playtime or a good old fashioned fuss.
Bruce enjoys a groom too and will purr loudly in anticipation!
If you think you could offer Bruce a home please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444 or contact them by email at [email protected] for more information.
