Every Saturday we run a special feature on a rescue cat looking for a loving home. This week the spotlight is on Bluebell, a very friendly girl in search of a loving family.

Established in 1860, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home aims to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help. They reunite lost dogs and cats with their owners; when they can’t do this they care for them until new owners can be found for them. They also work hard to educate the public about responsible pet ownership including microchipping, neutering and training. This includes educational talks and visits to schools and organisations, events, and publications. They help care for over 9000 cats & dogs a year - including Bluebell, a lover of cuddles and attention who is looking for her forever home.

Bluebell is a very friendly girl who loves nothing more than climbing onto your lap and demanding a fuss.

She is a young cat, so is looking for a family that will want to play interactive games with her in between lap cuddles and strokes, and would appreciate access to a garden to play in.

Bluebell would love to be the only pet in her new forever home.

She has never met a dog before, and doesn’t want to share any of your attention!

If you think you could offer Bluebell a home please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444 for more information.

Could you provide a loving home for a rescue kitty? Have a look for shelters in your local area.
