On 25th of August the North Shore Animal Rescue in Lynn (USA) was contacted by a driver who saw the man throwing the two kittens out of his pickup truck. When hitting the ground, they rapidly ran into the open field and have not been seen since then.

The incident was witnessed by few drivers and many of the neighbours and volunteers have been searching for the kittens in nearby fields. The kittens are said to be 2 or 3-month-old felines. Several residents put out nonlethal traps and started to leave the bowls with cat food, tuna fish and milk, hoping to attract missing kittens. However, the traps remain empty and the kittens have not been seen anymore.

Anyone who spots the kittens in West Newbury is being asked to call Frey at 978-372-2286, the Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society at 978-462-0760 or another local feline rescue.
