Kitten dies outside adoption center
A volunteer from Cats Adoption Centre in Pensacola, Florida, USA, found a kitten inside a styrofoam cooler outside the organization's facility last Saturday afternoon.
A kitten that was about 4 months old was found dead in the styrofoam cooler after someone had left it to die on the drivers side of the Hotel for Dogs and Cats Adoption Centre in Pensacola. The woman who discovered the kitten first thought it was a dog food as the organization receives it often in this way. However, when opening the cooler there was this little kitten, unfortunately, did not make it. According to the report, the cat had to be alive when it was put inside as there were some small holes on the cooler walls. However, the top was taped shut so the kitten could not get out of it. The feline suffocated.
