Emergency call for a 5-year-old
Emergency call for five-year-old in grave danger warranted a fast response and the ambulance were sent immediately to a house in Ware, Hertfordshire, England, according to The Daily Telegraph.
The five-year-old had gone into cardiac arrest and the caller was in panic. When the ambulance arrived to the patient it turned out that it was a cat. An ambulance spokesman told The Daily Telegraph that the call could have meant the difference between life and death for a genuine patient. The call was made by a couple, who had only been in the UK for a short time. The cat, unfortunately, could not be saved and died shortly after.
