Kitten thrown out of a moving car looks for new home
![]() |
Clover, a kitten that is only 7 weeks old, was thrown out of a moving car on Saturday night travelling on US 395 near Johnson Lane.
The cat was found by a driver who spotted something on the road and stopped by to check what it was. What was thought to be a bag out of the window, turned out to be a little brown and orange kitten. When taken to the Animal Rescue and being examinated by the vets, it turned out that the cat suffered a broken leg and head trauma. The kitten probably will stay blind for the last of his life.
Now the cat is waiting to be rehomed as an indoor kitten and the Animal Rescue is looking for donations to cover ongoing medical costs. Donations can be made to Wells Fargo, Dayton Riverside Veterinary Hospital or to K.A. Rescue PO box 1433, Dayton NV 89403 or online at http://www.kukuisalii.org/
