    £1,000 offered for information about ‘kittens from Elgin’

    A reward of £1,000 has been offered to anyone who can help to find the culprits of the death of two kittens from Elgin, according to BBC News.

    Only one of the three kittens that were found dumped in a bag on the roof of a derelict Moray Building (read a whole story here) survived the incident. The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals Foundation (Peta) has now offered the reward if £1,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the culprit, according to BBC News.
